Why this exists
Home bakers undercharge. Not because they can't do math, but because pricing a cake feels awkward — so they tally up flour and sugar, add a little, and quietly work for free. Who's behind it
Cake Pricing was built by a small team of tool-makers — not professional bakers. We kept seeing talented home bakers pour hours into beautiful work and then charge less than the cost of a store-bought sheet cake. This calculator is our attempt to fix that with something free, simple, and genuinely useful.
